My niece's rec soccer league has two mercy rules. One: the losing team gets to add players for every goal scored once the deficit is at least 7 and two: the game can be allowed to end by mutual agreement from the coaches.

I'm trying to think which would be more embarrassing for adults. Having 10 Celtics on the floor vs. 5 Cavs players or forfeiting the game. Hmmm....

How about allowing the team one extra day of rest by playing the clinching game 7 on Sunday instead of Monday? How about actually calling fouls on the better team when they do foul? That 'mercy rule' could work.

I'm trying to not be too harsh on Isaiah, given what happened to his sister and all, but I really don't want to pay him the max, that's just insanity.

In the press conferences after game 7 against the Wiz i think it was AB said IT has been playing with an injury, and IT confirmed it later in the conference.

Would help explain why he hasn't been up to par the last few games.
