Any chance the crowd the starts the garbage time "Let's Go Celtics" chant like they did when we got smoked by the Heat in Game 6 at home up 3-2?

I expect it to happen, and I hope it does.

Last game at TD Garden for the C's this calendar season.  :(
I doubt it.

This team hasn't earned it.

Well, I was pretty ticked that I had to travel back home this weekend and would miss games 2 and 3, but I'm kind of glad that I'm not watching this one. And to think it might get even worse the next two games.

Honestly, probably better off not watching Game 3-4.

well......we lost first two to the Bulls and came back

oh yea of little faith ... ;)

I'm with you, GO CELTICS!!

yeah like we winning at cleveland

LET'S GO CELTICS!

Good thing most of you guys arent in tall buildings because you all sound like you would be jumpers. All because of a couple losses.

Geesh. Get a grip. This team isnt on the same level as the Cavs and you all know it.

If the played good it would mean a close game or a win
If they played average it would mean a loss, probably double digits
If they played poorly, and they have these last two games, they would get blown out

You all knew this.

A couple of hard ass fouls and THE CAVS  would pull those starters. LUE is stupid to leave them in...
c's should really foul hard until their starters are pulled.  worth even losing a couple of people to flagrant 2's if needed.  send a message (at least a different one than "we'll roll over for you at the opening tip")

What you've seen in the first two games are as big of statement games as you'll ever see.

Lebron wasn't going to be satisfied with mere victories.  He wanted utter dominance and outright humiliation.  And he's in a perfect position to do so.

Yup

Cavs know Boston has nobody other than IT that can score on them. Danny has to upgrade this roster

What do you mean "other than IT"?

IT CAN'T SCORE ON THEM, EITHER.

Good lord, how many fans here are going to react to this by thinking that we need to surround IT with more talent? Isaiah is a warrior and all, love him, but come on, wake up.

Until the Cavs win 4 games we can talk. There are a whole lot of other teams that are fishing right now.

Let's not talk about trading the fultz pick again. We need jaylen and fultz to become the lead dogs on a Celtics title team when the cavs and warriors get too old.

Is this the worst loss in Celtics history? Not statistically, but realistically?

Len Bias...
if we're going down that road then i'd say lewis before bias

bias did it to himself

No - there was something especially destructive to the franchise about Lenny Bias' death.
The Four Celtic Generals:
Russell - Cowens - Bird - Garnett

The Four Celtic Lieutenants:
Cousy - Havlicek - McHale - Pierce

Celtics are taking the ass kicking laying down. That is the issue. Yes the Cavs are better. But Boston is not even competitive. At least try and give a [dang]

I think it's also a pretty resounding statement about this Celtics team.

They were over matched from opening tip of game one and instead of fighting like underdogs they have mostly just played tight and gotten destroyed.

Go Amir!
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.
