If he agrees to an extension, you have to do it in my mind. It locks in a core of Fultz/Smart/Brown/PG13 for atleast the next 4-5 years. I think that's worth it.

I don't think he agrees to an extension, and I'm not sure Indiana likes the uncertainty of the 2018 Nets pick. I think if the Lakers get wind of this offer, they give the #2 for PG and beat our offer. (Including some of their younger players obviously.)

No -- too high a price.

A top 10 SG.
A top 12 SF.
A young PG with potential to be a top 15 PG.
And a top 5 pick in next year's draft.

Too much. That is an MVP level trade package.

Yaaaa guys we should totally trade Terry Rozier jae crowder and a pick for Lebron. Very fair package.

Seriously though Paul George is top 10-15 in the NBA. I would do this trade contingent on him signing long term. Salaries dont match so we'd probably throw zeller in and get back another one of their players. Hayward will make our team a lot better but he can't guard Lebron. If we can't sign Hayward in FA I would absolutely do this trade.

Pacers need this trade more than we do... come next season PG is gone for nothing. The most I would offer is KO, Rozier and Nets 2018... and that would be better than most team's offers.

Please read my post. Salaries do match.

Also, trading Zeller and taking back one of their players makes getting Hayward totally impossible (this package only makes it slightly impossible). Zeller's contract is not guaranteed and therefore is already not counting against our cap for next year. Any player we trade for will.

Right but if we cut Amir Johnson, Tyler Zeller, Jerebko, KO, Young & Mickey, we have $31 million in cap space open up.  We could also cut/not re-sign D. Jackson and Green, which would free up another $2.5.  The most I believe that Hayward can ask for is $30,600,000 year one.

Then we'd have to sign Isaiah and PG13 next year, right?  Is there any weird "bird rights" way we could sign them both to huge contracts?

That would give us about 9 excellent players.  Isaiah, Smart, Fultz, Hayward, Brown, PG13, Horford, Zizic and Yabu.
