  • Sometimes there's no sane reason for optimism
Sweet!

The pessimist in me wants to talk about how it totally screws up our salary cap (max fa signing) or that LAL is getting Ball anyway.

BUT, we are getting the #1 pick in a draft considered to have one top tier talent (with three following close behind). I really hope Fultz is as good as advertised.

And, we can finally start using Fultz in our threads/posts rather than BKN pick.

I take all the credit.

I just rooted really, really hard for us.  8)
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

Winner winner Markelle dinner! I was way more nervous than I expected. Too bad about the Lakers though.

Will Ainge draft Fultz?

we have no choice. BPa and it is fultz. he can score at all levels.

Fultz/Amir/Crowder for Paul George makes too much sense.

That's an upgrade that WILL NOT mortgage the future.
Jaylen/Rozier/bkl18 is the future.

Don't let a conference Finals trip fool y'all into thinking we are a contender.

I'd be surprised if Butler or George can bring the number one pick alone. I think both of them were better than Love, and he really only commanded the number one pick itself.

Would Philly trade Saric and the 3rd pick for the first ovrrall? Would you?
I would.. I think Jackson is the prize anyway and Saric fills a major hole.
