All that and it's a tied game. Could be worse, but I hope we don't come back to regret not making more of a lead earlier in the game.

We absolutely HAVE to come out strong in the third quarter, and Smart, AB, and Jae all have to step up offensively. They're a combine 4-16, which isn't going to cut it.
Defense will be the key. Plus, they need to make their open shots.

When the wider bench comes in the Celtics have to do better.

can anybody crash behind IT when he drives?

After like 90 games, the answer is a resounding "no".

Smart has been a momentum breaker,,,,two straight possessions....turnover followed by a missed three pointer and there goes our lead

lets just hope that Wizards are tired from having to mount the comeback.

KO with a grand total of 0 rebounds in 13 minutes.

he is also what..0-5 from the 3 pt land

not a good game to go on a slump

take it into the basket the next time

He's 3-7 with 8 points. That is not a slump.

Thats OK if he is making 3s.  Which he isn't.

Good first quarter, blah 2nd quarter.

Overall, solid showing in the first half on the road in a tough place for away teams.

I'd say good first quarter, terrible second quarter.

On the surface, being tied at halftime on the road sounds good, or at least acceptable, but having seen how many great opportunities the Cs blew in the 2Q, it feels like a loss to me.

Wizards played like crap that half. I don't feel so confident about the second half. They were begging the C's to pounce.

Key to winning:

Keep ball out of Smarts hands and keep Johnson out of the game

Did TNT get a "memo" from the league that John Wall has been elevated to "superstar" tonight, and they're throwing a party for him? Greg Anthony is going to need a new set of pants the way he's been going on.

Why Brad don't bench Smart when he is in a slump I don't understand. Brown would of been bench so fast...

The Celtics are crappy at shooting 3 pointers tonight, aside from Thomas. The rest of the team needs to make those open threes. If so, they open up,a good lead.
