Not feeling good about this game Wall was held in check for the first quarter and Beal not doing much of anything and it's a tie game. Not good.

Would you prefer we had started off down 20 again?

Key to winning:

Keep ball out of Smarts hands and keep Johnson out of the game
The Celtics are crappy at shooting 3 pointers tonight, aside from Thomas. The rest of the team needs to make those open threes. If so, they open up,a good lead.

i hope Hayward is watching this...he would help a lot
Agreed. With another offensive player, this team is really good.

His name is Markelle Fultz

Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Tied game despite losing the rebounding battle 28-18. If we go out there, play good D, and rebound, we'll win this game.

If we do all that and shoot well, we could run away with it
I'm bitter.

Wizards played like crap that half. I don't feel so confident about the second half. They were begging the C's to pounce.

Nah, Celts are just lulling them to sleep.   :)  Think about it like this -- we are one half away from hammering a nail in the coffin of this series.

If Smart can get himself together or if Olynyk starts hitting open threes, we will run away with this.

Horford is 4/5 from the field.

John Wall has been the second best player in the Eastern Conference in these playoffs.

I will let him shoot 3s all day.

This I can live. Leaving his teammates open, however is not.

Did TNT get a "memo" from the league that John Wall has been elevated to "superstar" tonight, and they're throwing a party for him? Greg Anthony is going to need a new set of pants the way he's been going on.

John Wall is pretty underrated still.

Agreed. I am quite impressed with him. Can't hate John Wall like I do players like Kobe , Lebron, and Wade, etc.  Wall is more in the Tim Duncan mold imo.

He had one of the best all-around seasons I've seen a point guard have in quite awhile (aside from Westbrook) and no one talked about it.

Amir active to start off the half. Good.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.
