We're up 2-1 and have home court advantage.. I'd say we are in less trouble then the Wizards.

Yeah. And we've got the best player in the series. No reason to panic.

Is this sarcasm? I think the vast majority of Cs fans would gladly do a 1 for 1 deal of IT for Wall.

I agree that there is no reason to panic yet, though. Hopefully we can come out and not lay an egg in the first quarter on Sunday.

I was pretty much expecting to lose game 3.  Wasn't planning on it being quite the beat down that it was, but those games happen in the NBA.  I am expecting a much better showing from the C's in game 4.

I'll stick with IT.

Better scorer, more efficient, better team, better chemistry, tougher, more clutch.

Better PER, almost twice as many offensive win shares, better VORP / BPM, better at getting to the line and converting FTs, a career 12-3 H2H record, etc.

I have a question. Aren't the Wiz due for a bad game? They've played good all 3 games

22-0 runs all almost unheard of in the NBA. If we cut down on turnovers, I think we win game 3 after almost 3 days off. IT probably needs the rest more than anyone.

Still there's reason to be worried if Terry doesn't hit that corner three and Isiah doesn't go off for 50 plus points were prob sitting at 1-2 going into Saturday's game.

Right, but to quote Bill Parcells, we are who our record says we are.

We're up 2-1 with home court, regardless of what ifs.

I may be wrong but Beal hasn't been amazing the whole series and the ejection didn't affect much. Seems like the question is if John Wall is due for a bad game?

Game 3 went almost exactly as I imagined.  Blowout on the road when your opponent has to win and you're coming off an emotional close win in the previous game.

Game 4 will decide this series.

Game 3 was must win for Washington, and they won.  The margin of victory is irrelevant.

Game 4 is more important for the Cs but still not critical.

Clearly many of you are being shortsighted.  We're up 2-1, and that's great.  But my eyes tell with they are the better team and have mismatches that we need to account for.  We squeak out two wins at home while they blow us out.  As I said, our only advantage may be that we have one more home game.  And it may yet lead us to overcome the better team, but you can't ignore the way to series has played out.

Being up 2-1 is not the story.  The Bulls were ahead of us too (until they weren't).

Clearly, many of you are wusses who were babied too long by your mothers. We're up 2-1 and they have to win 3 of 4 including 1 at TD Garden despite having a losing record on the road. WAS is a front running home team who had its chance to steal a win, but Wall choked.

I agree, TP. We are in a very good position, 2-1 up with home court advantage. That's right, we have more chances than them to advance.

However, we can't be shortsighted and hide the facts that overall they have been much more time ahead in the score and we need to improve to advance into the ECF. If we keep playing this way at home, finally we'll lose a game (this series, Chicago won two). Adjustments are needed, regardless of the current 2-1 ahead.
