Let's play a game: Make us a contender

Im a bit bummed after this loss and have to keep reminding myself that the process of building our team is not yet complete and though I still believe we'll pull out this series, it's clear we have holes to fill. So let's play a simple game. Make us a title contender with 3 non-max, feasible off season moves.

Mine are:
1. Javale McGee - a legitimate C, with rim protection, rebounding and can put a body on opposing bigs
2. Rudy Gay - a starting SF with enough size to play PF and a big time scorer. If played at the SF his length balances out our back court shortcomings. This move properly pushes Crowder to the bench... love his intensity but he's just not a starter.
3. Ben Mclemore - this kid still oozes all star potential and CBS has shown an ability to bring out the best in players. He would add a versatile scoring punch in the 2nd unit

Work out a somewhat complicated deal for Favors (Ideally it'd be Bradley+Olynyk+non nets 1st for Favors and Exum, the latter which has pretty much busted out the sense of being a star), bring in Zizic and Yabu, waive Mickey and resign Jerebko and Zeller while letting Amir go, also let go of Rozier for some minor assets. Ofc draft Fultz.

This team has a less than ideal mix of experience but the talent is there and the depth is ok (really like the starting combo of Horford and Favors)

He's still solid and I think with the improvement of our young guys (Smart and Brown) as well as some rookie additions that can provide immediate help (Zizic has played well in good pro leagues and our pick is likely to be an ok bench player from the get go) we could improve somewhat at least. We'd also have a shot at getting that transcendent big man in the '18 draft (hoping the nets suck for one more year).

Not sold on Exum. Have potential but haven't shown any elite skills nor toughness. Favors could fill a dire need in the front court. But he's banged up just like Amir and doesn't space the floor.
