Crowder seems to be one of the biggest culprit. He doesn't play with intensity with him anymore.

Our initial defense is mostly fine, we get absolutely torched by these second and third opportunities.

Danny is a great GM and we should hold on to him as long as possible. God it could be so much worse. But he needs to address this rebounding problem. How long have we had the exact same issues?
