Good. They have to find some sort of motivation now that they've hit the top of the East.
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

Exactly. And the games are on TV, so we know Rondo is going to show up.

Truthfully, looking back on the way they played this year, I can understand why they've been disrespected.

If Boston is the weakest #1 seed ever in the history of the NBA, what does that make Cavs? The worst or the best #2 seed ever? So the Cavs either suck or they underachieved, right?

What most of the pundits fail to realize is that Boston actually lost vital players during extended periods of the season. So this idea that the Cavs rested players does not paint the entire picture.

Most important however is the fact that this Boston team actually has another gear that they did not show too often during the regular season. If they decide to kick into that gear in the playoffs, and all indications are they will, then a whole lot of people are going to be a whole lotta surprised.

They can feel however they want. But this kind of respect has to be earned

I agree, this is good for us. We were only as good as we were the last couple of years due to that chip on our shoulder. Hopefully that means we'll see some of this group's patented defense again.

i would say the Cavs are more like the Celtics team in 2010. Coasted in the regular season and turned it on in the playoffs. They were a number 4 seed that year and at times look disinterested in a lot of those regular season games.

Was that them turning it on today against Indiana? Cause if it was, they must be driving a VW Beetle.

Did they lose? I guess you have never seen Lebron turn it on when he wants to? Because when he does no one in the East right now has an answer.

So he's just bored and wants to leave it up to the opposing player to miss an open look as time expires?

Glad the "experts" are down on the C's. Nothing makes me more nervous than when those hacks pick us.

Anyone else remember all the experts lining up behind the Lakers before the Finals in '08?

Obviously this isn't the same situation, but I always feel better when the experts pick against the C's.

Or in 2010 when everyone picked the #1 seeded Cleveland Cavaliers to beat the #4 seeded Boston Celtics in 4 or 5 lol.
