a) just ask yourself if anyone ever took that type of a deal, not named lets say LeBron(but a totally different situation)
b) it's flat out saying, hey we are going to pay you for two years, and after that you are on your own because you will be older and still short. danny would never insult someone like that
it is a business, and right now IT is proving to be a superstar, so he will want to get paid as one.
I am frustrated to see all the max player talks around here, like, Al Horford IS NOT a max type player but we had to pay him that money. I am concerned that we get another max player that is in fact not worth as a max player, and what you have done is basicly killed all the chemistry, and chances to win a title.
IMHO Horfords contract is a big issue and i am afraid that it might cost us a lot in the future. I love the guy, but you don't pay a non all star 30 year old guy max money for 4 years and get away with it.
