I have not heard anyone talking about the technical or flagrant foul that should have been called for Crowder getting pushed at the end of the 4th quarter.  It was a pivotal play that I thought the Celtics' players should have argued.   Smart touches a shoe and gets called for a flagrant.  Giannis didn't even think it was a flagrant foul.   Based on the replay, the ref was watching the play the entire time.  Unless Crowder flopped there (don't think he did), it should have been more than a typical foul.  What do you think?

I agree, but it's a rare game that the Refs don't screw a few calls.

I'm still confused with the Marcus Smart technical...he collided with middleton but was on the ground for 5 minutes? what did he get a technical for? being injured?

The most annoying thing for me are the calls they make (on either team) where absolutely nothing happened. The defender was simply playing straight-up honest D, and the ref stops the action to make an imaginary call.

The NBA needs a league evaluation system for the refs. Poor calls need to be exposed to them as poor calls.

That is one call where the Celtics could have got within 1 pt; with possession.  Oh well.

The refs did us a favor by giving flagrant to Smart instead of another tech which would've resulted in automatic ejection.  They probably didn't see that Crowder one.

This game was not on the refs or anything they did or didn't do.  We lost.  We shouldn't have but we did, doing same ol' **** we do.

I'm sure they thought they were doing us a favor. But I would have much rather had one shot  for the Bucks and the ball back to us, even if that meant we'd have to play Brown down the stretch (or perhaps "especially if"; perhaps we would have actually run a lineup that can make shots).

My thoughts exactly.
