He was one of my favorite guards out of the draft last season. Largely the reason for Kentucky's success last season. I wouldn't be surprised if he is the best point guard in this draft within a few years.

Who's his best competition besides Brogdon/Murray, who I consider playmaking shooting guards?
Dunn? Ulis will struggle defensively like IT.
Hard to project Dunn at this point. Defensively Dunn will probably be adequate, could probably rack up decent blocks, steals, and rebound numbers. He's rather limited offensively however, doesn't get much assists, and his shooting is horrible.
Playing alongside Rubio, Lavine, Wiggins, and KAT will probably stunt his develop over the next few years if he isnt traded.
