Forget the foul.  Celtics were out rebounded by 20.  Danny you can not ignore this.  Fix this.. I don't care if its an all in for a Drummond or smaller move in a Vucevic.   Get a rebounder in here.

Yes.
And Bradley is coming back after the break.

Our 6'2 guard that is our best rebounder.  :blank:
The Nets will finish with the worst record and the Celtics will end up with the 4th pick.

How's this for a positive.  Come playoff time when chicago is out.  We are playing another team and some weak ass foul call WILL NOT decide a close game.  I understand IT gets lots of calls his way but marcus and Bradley all top notch defenders, they deserve some "reff work".

Ask this if Lebron does the same thing marcus did, a minuscule touch foul at most. Would lebron be called???

Lebron once went FIVE GAMES without being called for a single foul.
The way the refs mollycoddle Lebron is ridiculous.

I think the OP's point is that having a glaring weakness exposed before the deadline could put pressure on Danny to act. Whether that's good, bad or irrelevant is a matter of debate.

I have a hard time in finding any positives after being cheated out of a win.

That  was my point.  Having a huge flaw exposed right before  trade deadline can change how deadline is looked at.  As it stands right now our 1st playoff round would be the Bulls.  If they out rebound us by 20 in the playoffs,  guess what another 1 and done.    Danny still has time to fix this.

I dont think it mattered. Ainge knows it's a weakness. He has said so in the last interview and said it is the primary thing they are looking to address.

I haven't been on here since before last night's game so I'm not sure if this has been brought up...

I thought the two fouls IT picked up in the last minute or so we're really awful and careless.  They led to 4 free points fur the Bulls when all the Celtics had to do was play some D with a 3 pint lead - which they'd been doing well.  The fouls were both non shooting.  Totally unnecessary.

The guy was absolutely gassed. I made an observation on the gamethread that he was grabbing grant's jersey on defense and gave away a really obvious foul. If you're grabbing handfuls of jersey on defense it means you're too tired to keep up with your man.

I would have liked to have seen an offense-defense sub by Brad to give Isaiah some air actually.

Seemed like he had Young in there for D at the end.
