Rozier keeps trying to finish with a finger roll, and it never works.
He missed three of them in the last game alone.
Learn from IT. Layups, reverse layups, hooks, or floaters.

The guy is just awful.  Just awful.  The funny thing is the way he plays you almost get this feeling that he considers himself a great player in his head lol.  I remember IT going after him to chew him out on the sideline after a time out few games ago over one of many Rosier's "brilliant" plays and Rosier's body language just screams "meh," shrugging off IT.   

I was like, "you shouldn't even be sniffing that paint on Lucky at the center court, you dolt."  You may shrug off IT if he's saying something about defense but when the man talk offense you better listen.

Disagree. I hate the way he attempts to finish as OP pointed out. But... he gets to rack easy enough. He has some playmaker potential. He defends well, and he rebounds well for a guard. Rozier is going to be a player, but he needs to lose the finesse, and just finish. Jaylen is figuring this out. Some of his finishes are not acts of beauty, but acts of getting the job done.

He has skill but no self control.  When he gets the ball it's all about him and he's not that good to do that.  He'd be a great trade piece to a team that needs a dominant pg.  a team that prefers not to play team ball

No one paid me millions of dollars at 22 to do my job either. 

And no, I won't dignify a sh!tty talent by putting in the effort to learn how to spell his name right.  You have to earn that or put up with whatever spelling I come up with.  He should shut up and play basketball the right way, then maybe I'd try to spell his name right.

T-Ro has literally been doing that his whole career and up until last night he was making those types of plays pretty consistently. Sometimes he uses his athleticism and does a broad jump to cover a larger distance and doesn't really have the opportunity to use a normal layup. KO uses the reverse finger roll layup alot as well because the rim protects the ball from shot blockers. But terry has alot of confidence in his game and me personally I'd rather have sum1 like rozier who sometimes may be too confident over sum1 like olynyk who took a couple years to develop that confidence

No one is going to pay you 2 dollars to scout, either. 

Rozier is not awful.   He is a young player who has a ways to go but there is plenty to like.   Ainge, who is a shrewd GM just decided he was not worth throwing in for Ibaka.  I think I side with Ainge on this one.

I have seen every game that Rozier has ever played for the Celtics, and I can't remember that broad jump finger roll ever working. KO uses a reverse layup roll when he is right under the basket. I like Rozier a lot, but if something doesn't work, try something else. He has plenty of talent to make a different kind of shot.

T Rozier is just being stubborn.  He believes he can make that shot.

But sometimes it's more about making the shot then looking good kid.

Listen to IT, the guy is scoring 29 ppg in the toughest league in the world and knocking on 30.

It's better to make the basket than to 'look good' doing it.  It certainly helps out your team a lot more when you make the shot.
