What's the infatuation with Ibaka? I feel like the dude has definitely fallen off defensively.

In Boston, we rejuvenate talents, jumpstart forgotten potentials, and revive dead careers.  Yea, Brad Stevens does wonder.

Yes, that starting five make us a contender imo

I've wondered about a similar lineup...If we could get Noel and Butler for our Brooklyn picks and Bradley, would that be enough? We could resign Noel at the end of the year, but you have to figure there's a short window as IT and Horford will start to decline soon.  On the otherhand, a rotation of Noel, Horford, Crawford, Butler, IT, Olynk, Brown, and Smart has a good mix of size, skill, and athleticism.

That team could beat Cleveland in a playoff series.

But I still think Golden State have too much firepower for now.

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
interesting to see the votes basically split 50/50.

If we could some how keep the 2017 BRK pick, Jaylen Brown and Marcus Smart, I'd be for this line up.
We'd lose Bradley+ the 2018 BRK pick+some other first round picks but it would be worth it in my opinion.

Read that last line again. One more time.

Raptors already got Ibaka so we can put this thread to rest.
