He needs to post up more...that is where I think he will prosper for now since 1. He still does not have a fully developed outside shot and 2. He can take advantage of his ht and athleticism against smaller 2s or frail 3s.

Trouble is we barely make plays for Jaylen...he either stands in the corner...gets a dribble hand off at the  pt area where he will either just end up passing it again or make a dribble mistake. He is not being properly utilized on the offensive end.
Jaylen you are a big and muscular 2/3
Make loads of cuts underneath the basket or around the posts and see your production soar.

Hahaha, yeah it's been cringeworthy.

He needs to do a better job of reading the situation and knowing when to push the ball up the floor.

It's one of the mistakes he's been repeating this year.

And if he does try to go coast to coast he needs to do a better job disguising his intentions. It's very obvious from his body language and dribble that he's plan is to take it to the hoop.

I'm loving his turnaround. Reminds me of Lewis with the elevation and high release point. When he perfects that shot he's going to be really hard to stop with the first step he has.

And he doesn't have the skills not to commit an offensive foul in that circumstance.
Give the ball to IT or Smart, Jaylen. You will get it back.

god I hate we drafted the only rookie that isnt perfect danny is dumb and jaylen should be cut

I really want to see what a monster coast to coast dunk will do for his confidence, I remember that game Jaylen had against Richmond is college where he got the nasty left handed dunk and became a human freight train the rest of the game
