A guy whose primary role who is as an off the bench "Microwave", who can't make shots, isn't helping the team very much.

Meh, he's always been inconsistent.  He may be carrying a large burden if asked to be a primary scorer off the bench, esp considering his PT is sporadic at best.

He's prone to taking ill-advised shots, too, which isn't helping his cause.  He seems uber-reinforced by draining them, though, like a Nick Young (*cough* /Rozier *cough*).
