Raptors just got Ibaka so you can cross him off the list.

They gave up Terrance Ross + a 1st round pick.

There goes any hope Sullinger had for legit playing time.

Why do I get this funny feeling that the trades Danny has been having discussions on are actually not for the common names being tossed about. Danny's teades tend to come out of nowhere and not involve leaked names.

I could see Danny trading for a more under-the-radar type like Jeff Withey or Richaun Holmes.

Is Jeff Withey still playing? I remember when a lot of people wanted to draft him.

Isn't Withey just Zeller?

Withey will block about twice as many shots, and can defend and rebound better, but he isn't much of an offensive player.

I must say I'm surprised no one has made anything of him, but to be fair, he seems to find himself behind really superior players. He wasn't a good fit next to Anthony Davis because he can't shoot at all, and he isn't going to take minutes from Rudy Gobert either. Maybe he just hasn't gotten enough of a chance.

Zeller is soft, which is a problem we have up front in general. But Zeller is a far better offensive center, and can occasionally surface for some nice games against the right teams.

Speaking of big man trades, Ibaka had 28 pts, 8 rebounds, and 1 block tonight in a loss to Houston.

Saw the game.

We can safely say that Ibaka is anything but cooked.

But who cares? 

He's not good enough to be the third man on a championship team with Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant and he's half a season away from costing way too much to be a 4th or 5th man on a contender.
