I love watching the Celtics compete every night. The winning is fun.

Having said that, I don't think we can beat Cleveland in a playoff series. But I'd sure like us to make a trade to give is a chance. Preferably upgrading our roster without giving up the Brooklyn picks.

Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

The Celtics are winning games at a pretty solid clip after a sluggish start.  They're the #2 seed headed into the break and on pace for 52-53 wins (more if the recent record is more the norm over the final 30 games.  They've found a formula that's working, and should improve when Bradley is back.  After casting some doubts with some lackadaisical play, they are most definitely getting back to the level of effort last years squad showed regularly.  They indeed a better team than last year, and they're showing it now.

Brooklyn's 2016 gift is developing before our eyes and their 2017 offering is headed for the biggest helping of pingpong balls.

Thomas is one of the more amazing stories in the team's history.  We're getting to see some pretty special stuff just about every night.

Stevens is coaching the All Star Team.

Michael Young is blossoming...

What's not to love?

They're still not really built for the playoffs, but hopefully Danny can do a little something to help.  Get the right guy(s) and the Celts will be able to make some serious noise in the East.

I was with you, and am on your general sentiment, but Michael Young..?..maybe I'm up too late watching UCLa?

Just making sure you read it til the end  ;D
What a late bloomer Young is.  We drafted him in 1984!

lol

and there's that too

Time for a Phi Slamma Jamma reunion tour!

Amazing how the sports fan brain slips in old name associations still
