At this point it doesn't look like Philly will sell him..

Yes they will lol They're not going to pay a backup center $20+M lol Granted, as excellent as he's been lately he's starting to raise his trade value. It's no suprise that happens when he actually plays the center position in a proper lineup with a stretch 4 when Okafor and Embiid aren't.

the thing is, why wouldnt they, they arent paying anyone else anytime soon. A max for Noel would be relatively affordable too

Because they'll have to max Embiid next summer anyways, if not extend him this summer. They're not going to have 50+ million in their center position that they won't play together. Wont' happen.
