Back in late December, Rockets' Ariza waits outside locker room to confront Mavs' Mejri after testy game. Ariza accuses Mejri of trash talking about his mother, Mejri vehemently denies this allegation.

Just the other day, virtually the same thing happens between Thomas and Schroder, minus the waiting outside the locker room.

So my question is, what is going on here? Are players becoming more sensitive or are these "victims" of "verbal assault" merely trying to damage the reputations of their opponents? Or are players crossing line out on the floor?

Nothing more embarrassing when a player takes trash talk done on the court to the media after the game. Just screams wussy and loser mentality.
