one would hope that Durant has chemistry problems with the Warriors and then bolt after this season is over. I mean Dwight bolted after a year in LA

one can only hope

Ugh... not this this again... Someone already posted this, and this has been talked about 1000 times.. Can we just let stuff like this die down? I mean seriously...

I hate to be a negative nancy, but why revisit the past, when something like this has already happened? Just pouring salt on old wounds.

Well, you didn't have to read/post in this thread, and after a quick search I couldn't find anything on here ( I easily could have missed it), but this was the first time I've seen it nationally reported by 2 well known NBA Media members.

First of all ive never seen a superstar hop teams every yr in search of the ring...KD would look like a headless chicken if he bolts again in summer in favor of say Boston... I just cant see it happening unless the chemistry in the finals is so bad he could not stand Draymond and the others...even a loss in the finals for example may not be enough for him to jump ship..he will reup his contract and that is all I see him doin this offseason.

I prefer focusing on what could be as opposed to what could have been.

There's no use crying over spilled milk. Even if Durant had come here we could very well be having chemistry issues trying to integrate him with Giannis.

"Many in NBA believe."  Eh.  Many in NBA believed Durant wouldn't leave OKC.
You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.

Makes sense to me.

Think about it - if the Warriors would've won, their outright dominance over the league would've been cemented (fair or not). Thus, it'd make sense to move East, and we were the only real consideration out East, especially with Al recently committing to the C's.

It's interesting to think what other moves would've followed, because I don't think the plan was to play as small as Horford at the 5 and Durant at the 4. I'm betting we would've went back and did the deal with the Sixers with Brown for Noel, Covington, and more.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

Durant is being very calculating. He signed with the warriors so that they would have to get rid of Bogut and Barnes. Next year he is leaving to join the Celtics. Might as well take out your opponent before going to his real home. ;)

A man can dream you guys.
