I don't see the point to make fun of other fans, specially when we are not better than them.
What do you think other fans think when we said "trade IT, IT on the bench, etc..."?
They must laugh at us even more.
Just a little good-natured ribbing between fanbases, no need to be self-righteous, it's not like we're making fun of a handicapped child or something.
We're taking a specific example of a player being comically overrated by their team & fan base and having a laugh . . . no one is being harassed or socially-terrorized. Mkay?
Believe me, I don't think the Celtics fanbase is "better" than anyone else, especially the people who care not a whit about Jaylen Brown, and think all he is good for is trade-bait, not seeing that he is a primary building block of the future. They drive me nuts. Or the boneheads who harass our own players on Twitter, see: Jae Crowder.
