you may have destroyed the glue of team chemistry that was really the magic of this Boston team. Perhaps you will be happy when you get those prima donna superstars that you cheer for.

Ohhh... I get it, you think the reason he failed to score a single basket against the 76ers was his feels were hurt. He was so upset he couldn't put the ball in the basket. It was like a protest.

The tears in his eyes just kept disrupting his vision all night long

I thought they were men in the NBA, not over sensitive boys?

Crowder was out earlier in the year.  We were  4-4 without him with a rookie playing at SF and Al Horford not a full 100%.  He is a difference maker but he is not an allstar nor will he ever be, in all honesty it is too talented a position.

I know Crowder sees himself as a tough guy, time to cowboy us and deal with the adversity.  If he lets this bother him, one has to question both maturity level.  I read he regrets the twitter exchanges.  Go out and play hard and good things will happen.

Last game he had a bad game, it happens.  It is not the end of the world.   The sky is not falling.

listen, I love the Celtics. I particularly like this team and the prospect we have with the draft picks that we have. This idea of cherishing other players when our present crew is playing their hearts out is particularly annoying. I do not believe that it is mere coincidence that Jae had his worst night as a player last night. Either tanking it (which I doubt) or playing under more pressure to produce (which I believe is what happened) is not a positive thing for our team. And to those that say it was just a handful of fans .... well did the majority respond by drowning their cheers with 'lets go Crowder' or 'lets go Celtics'? It takes only a few rotten eggs to spoil the batch.

Lets just hope Jae bounces back and lets this go sooner than later.

"Let's go Crowder"?

Are you kidding?

I was at the game. I heard no cheering for Hayward. It was insignificant.

If he is destroyed that easily than go to another city where they coddle cry babies.

This is New England. Do your job. Don't cry. Don't be needy. Don't talk about being wanted or appreciated. Do your job. Seriously do your job. (Implication. Do it better than other people. Win.)

Oh please. Theres more current roster bashing and wishing trades of current players for better players going on here in the forums in one day than in 82 games. If players came on here they'd curl up in showers and cry.

Crowder is playing one of three positions that needs upgrading to become contenders, the other two are SG and C(to move Horford to the PF). If we don't upgrade one of these potions with a legit scoring threat to take pressure off of IT and Horford, we aren't winning crap.

You upgrade to Bradley with Butler, Crowder is our starting SF. You get Boogie, Crowder is our starting SF. You get Noel, now it's between Bradley and Crowder. And he should know this is reality. And I'm not saying he's gone, but he's could be coming off the bench.

Or, you get Hayward, and start Crowder at the PF. Still don't think you go much further than the Eastern Con with a team of IT,Bradley,Hayward,Crowder,Horford, but it would be better than the current line up.

Yeah Crowder should have played that game with a bit of a chip on his shoulder, but to be that bent out of shape three hours later and tweeting about it is a little week. And Coach even called him out for it.

What would hurt my feelings is seeing Gordon Hayward - a player that I love - getting destroyed by Lebron James and CLE.

GH moves the needle VERY little for us in a series vs CLE.

I'd rather we forgive Jae and we should let this thing pass over. He's very competitive and simply got caught up in the moment and tweeted something he shouldn't have.

What do we want him to say - "I understand why Boston Fans were cheering for GH - he's SO MUCH better than me and I'm a scrub?"

Do we want him to have THAT attitude? That's not Celtic.

If anything, blame Social Media. He used it as a medium to vent his frustrations about the thing.

I was thinking about this during tonight's game but came to the opposite conclusion. Jae Crowder was the one who disrupted the team's chemistry, not 50 random fans we are told rooted for Hayward.

Jae threw Jaylen Brown under the bus or at least made it seem he might be an issue if Jaylen ever threatens his starting role. Anyone remember Ray Allen being a baby when Avery was emerging as the better option for shooting guard?

I like Jae. This needs to blow over. Everyone messes up at some point saying things that shouldn't have been said. Those guys make a lot of money and one of their responsibilities is to ignore spectators who get on their nerves.

Jae messed up in a big way, but I am not going to hold a grudge against him. We won the two games despite the disruption and this will be forgotten soon enough.
