I think the kid has serious flaws in his game, however scoring is not one of them. I think if hits his full potential and becomes a 30 minutes points per game player he's got 18 ppg and 7 RPG upside.

Love the fact he can shoot, handle, drive, jump and he's an absolute beast phisically and he's also very long.

Im sure Danny didn't get him for his rebounding. We have Zizic for that. Maybe around Horford's average or even better, that's if he gets better.

If he ever gets rotation minutes i suspect he'll average 6-8 points at most. Just don't believe he'll ever defend or finish at the NBA level.

But we'll see.

Isn't his ceiling potential Millsap?  Millsap's best season is about 18 pts/8.5 rebs at age 27, first year with Atlanta.  I am not necessarily predicting this but at this point you also can't rule it out that he could be as good as Millsap at some point.

27.7...but that will be with the Maine Red Claws.   http://maine.dleague.nba.com/

12.5 in the NBA. His playing time will depend on how well he progresses in other parts of his game besides shooting.

I don't know what his ceiling is, but he aspires to be Draymond Green, who so far has a career best of 14 per game.  Seems like Yab aspires to be a stat sheet stuffer and tough defender as opposed to a scorer.  Considering his physical abilities/build, and that he started playing basketball relatively late, that's probably his optimal direction.

My hope is a solid 17/7 type player.

Like Millsap as @triboy16f posted. Or maybe even Draymond Green except with the extra scoring.

Based on his current performance, half of Jimmer Fredette's.

I think Yabusele has the chance to be a very special player, especially in the modern NBA.

According to a study I read, the physical attribute that correlates to rebounding most is strength. I think he helps us in that area right away next year.

But I think he could be a very special scorer if he had to be. In our team-oriented gameplay, he won't get enough shots, but he could easily be a 15 and 7 guy in our system.

The thing that makes him so special is his ability to shoot and drive as a big guy, but also to post and draw fouls. I think his strength also allows him to be good on defense in the post and on the boards.

Has there been a player in the last 20 years who is more like Larry Johnson than Yabusele?

I'm more excited about him than Zizic.

None of us have seen enough to make an educated guess on this.  We're basically just pulling random numbers out of the ether.

I dont see more than 20 mpg and that only if he plays D.

Potentially, then he is a 12/6/4 guy on good nites.

He has to prove he has the quickness and IQ to play in the NBA.
