i almost died awhile ago -DVT and an acute bi lateral thrombosis-there are nights i can't stay up late a watch the celts i get too excited and its three in the morning here
what i'm trying to say is green had his heart ripped out-it takes courage to get back out there after what happened,
the sub conscious and the want and ability to push boundaries might be limited by what happened -i thought i ate stress
-i think green gets a bad rap
i think he should be applauded for coming back and still playing-

He's really turning into a poor man's Jeff Green.

And who would you have taken with the third pick, smarty pants?
I know it was directed at me, but if I couldn't trade the pick, I would have taken Dragan Bender.
nah man Im pretty sure that was directed at IDreamCeltics

Pretty sure I'm never going to obsess over one possession by any player.

Let alone on a night when a real scorer went off.

That was a pretty play.

He had a lot of defensive gaffes last night, and he still seems tentative to use his athleticism there or on the boards, but his driving potential is exciting.

I think he is a tad more aggressive than Green, I just wish we did not have him in the corner all the time.

Jeff Green could never do what Jaylen already can at age 20 to consistently get to the hoop or at least nowhere as good as JB attacks it.

Jaylen is clearly the best talent on the Celtics, albeit he is still very raw.

I'll feel bad for Isaiah and Al Horford if they miss out on title #18, but I am ready to strap myself in for the long haul.

Our best assets are still in the NBA incubation stage including Marcus Smart with Brooklyn currently tied with Philly for the worst record in regards to tankathon. These could be bridge years and there doesn't have to be anything wrong with that.

Al could be winding down as a max player by the time we are ready. Somehow Isaiah may not be resigned. Why would Danny throw away almost certain success by sticking to the long route by instead cashing in all the chips for a crapshoot small window?

I'm almost ready to give up on Olynyk. I don't like what I'm seeing from him. It's a shame because it seems to be psychological. Too many games he plays as if he doesn't deserve to be in the rotation.

Brown is 20 and a rookie. That's his excuse. I am tired of sticking up for Olynyk. He either gets his act together or I hope he's traded. Smart improves on things each year other than shooting. Bradley consistently reshapes his game for the better even when it looks like there can be no more ceiling.

Olynyk could learn from Brown who is introspective and working hard. What has Kelly been up to the last couple years? This is his fourth year. He is out of excuses.

But the thread is on Brown. Take care of yourself, Rollie. Stay positive. Avoid stress if possible. Eat and sleep well.

TP.  Feeling the same way about Olynyk.  He seems to be involved in quite a few unforced turnovers.  His +/- is not good, FWIW.  I think a better frontcourt replacement for KO will do wonders for everyone else's game too.

Not ready to cash in our all-stars just yet, but the long-term sure looks promising.

Exactly how i feel.  TP.

Get back to me when Brown figures out how to guard someone.

So I know people on here like to rip brown about his minor rookie mistakes, but I thought I read somewhere he was doing well defensively in advanced stats. I could be wrong, and Im gonna see if I can find somethin to back that up.

There are his advanced stats, do with it what you will.

JB needs to work on his handle, he has the speed but sometimes right now he gets ahead of the ball.

This should make for interesting discussion a year or two from now. Dragan might turn into a menacing defensive force and a great offensive facilitator. Right now he's too weak to play that role. My feeling is that he might have fit in well with the Celtics this year. We'll have to wait and see how he does in Phoenix....
