LOL JK. NO WE SHOULDN'T!

Seriously, what more do you people want from this guy?

Easily our best and only legit scorer on the team. Just needs some more help (rebounding and a scoring wing).

IT the only reason this C's team beat Miami today...

Yep, instead of 1 draft pick, we may get TWO draft picks! How exciting.

Sure. But overall, IT is the only reason the C's are a 3 seed right now.

Where would the scoring come from without him?

We'd be like 13-21 without IT. IT has helped us more than he has hurt us.

I'll answer it here.  Pick someone.  If a team doesn't think he's of equal value it won't be done.  So Lebrun, harden, Durant, Westbrook?  So is he as good as any of them?  No,  so he's only as good as he is because he's the best player on this team.  Doesn't equate him with other great players around the league which is what your insinuating.  Name players of equal value in terms of skill level and you have your answer to who we can trade him for.  I bet it's a short list.  But you do trade him if you can get better value.  Whom that may be is up to the needs of what the Celtics want.  Right now they seem content with IT being the one man show.

Feels odd to even say it but I love him as much as I ever loved Pierce.  If winning a title requires trading him away or letting him walk, I'm not sure I want one.

IT scored career high 52 tonite. Took half the total shots, scored almost half the points. Only Horford was also in double figures. They beat a bad team, Miami, at home by just 3 points. Outrebounded again. IT had zero assists.

The media is all over "star" IT on the tweets. A great individual performance by IT. But I'm not sure what it means for the Celtics.

why would the team with greater value (superstar caliber player) trade that player away for a lesser player that you imply IT is. If teams with these superstars you define are willing to trade for IT, then IT really cannot be as wanting as you find him to be.
