51 to 12 points in the front court ...maybe worse .......

We are getting Smeared in rebounds

Come on Danny use the picks and bring Boogie

But small ball though!

It's not about how hard we play. Sometimes, you just need an upgrade in talent. The Cavs aren't even playing on a high gear today but because they have 2-3 more talented players than us, it makes all the difference. Imagine playing this Cavs team without Lebron.

I think the announcers said that since Lebron came back to the cavs they are 4-14 in games that he doesn't play (I think that is what they said..)
either way I would like to imagine a Cavs team without Lebron, or just the Celtics not having to play Lebron anymore.

Keep trucking, guys.

All this shows is that Ainge need to do his job.  Enough of undersized guards, get us size, damit.

I always said when I left the Celtics, I could not go to heaven, because that would
be a step down. I am pure 100 percent Celtic. I think if you slashed my wrists, my
blood would’ve been green.  -  Bill "Greatest of All Time" Russell

Crowder, Thomas and Horford (big three), haven't been good, and IT is just frustrated

The Cavs remind us time and time again talent means more than anything.

Yeah, this is basically the story of tonight. To a larger extent, it's also the story of this season.
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

You measure how good you are against the best.  We're a 20 point losing team that has no clue.  Edited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline.

Man we need some size.  I know we have had this conversation before.  Our bigs (aside from Horford) are not good though.  Even if it isn't boogie, bring in some better big for our playoff run.  Even if it is a rental, just don't mess up flexibility next year.

Im actually glad we are getting blown out this game. This shows Danny that we NEED a half decent big that can rebound.

Only JJ has a better +- than Jaylen.
Because JB has played 3 minutes

Score 4 points 2 rebounds 1 a.

And played bad d. Anyways you act like he has a good plus minus. It's -5
and everybody else is playing good D hence the big lead. i get it. you're a rookie you miss a couple of D assignment and you learn from the bench. hope it does work

He's not in because he would be worse than everyone else in and he's shown that!! I don't get waht you people don't understand about that. This is a Championship caliber team with superstars all over the court. If you have any chance of winning this game you put in the people that will make the least amount of mistakes as possible to win games. You people show no respect for Brad and winning basketball so at this point I'm done
We're actually supposed to have a couple all stars and 3 all-nba defensive team caliber players ourselves. The gap isn't supposed to be anywhere this big.   Question. Honestly. Are you watching the games? Are you saying he isn't enabling softness?

You are asking me whether I'm watching the game after you tried to cite play by play as accurate evidence that JB was playing good D?

Those 3 defensive stalwarts have played in the game and our all star has balled and we are still getting our asses kicked. That's why Brown wasn't in. Because the only chance we have at winning this game is in the hands of players with talent that is at this point superior to Brown and we are still losing.

He's not enabling anything. He was given a roster that isn't good at rebounding and without a defensive presence in the frontcourt and was asked to make us back into a top 10 defense. The reason we are so bad rebounding wise and defensively is because  our best defenders have regressed and our frontcourt is barren besides Al Horford. We are running the same defense we were last year we just don't have the same personel as we did last year.

Never.  with Kobe retired, a victory against Lebron is the sweetest one of all.  never duck a challenge.

DA likes to be a player come draft night.  I don't see him giving picks up.

I hope this game is a wake up call for Danny. Stop signing big, soft bums. We need bruiser with size.
