Karl Malone might be Lebron's closest comparison between size, athleticism, and longevity. He was a legit all-star until he was 39.  Lebron probably has a solid 5 to 7 years left as a top tier player.

tough call.  hate both sides in that argument.  have to begrudgingly say that Lebron actually earned that last title though.  no respect for the Miami wins.

Yeah, some good comparisons / similarity.  Biggest difference I see in terms of longevity is that LeBron makes a DEEP playoff run, usually the Finals, every year. He plays more games than anyone else currently and certainly more than Malone did, per year. Even so, I think he is at the top of his game for another 3 years minimum.

I would not be surprised if you saw something of a scandal emerge in the coming years. until then, innocent till proven guilty.
