i think the celts ought to practice 2 on ones and three on ones, flub a dunk and you can lose momentum but flub two in row on successive defensive steals is embarrassing
a dunk is only worth two points outside of establishing dominance and momentum ,getting crowd involved or quieting it but successive blown fast breaks for show time almost lost this game

bradley at times is guilty of hearing footsteps on break aways
unlike isaiah, i think elevation and closing with possible contact coming from behind bother him  or it  his dribbling skills that slow him gathering and he knows that guys love to use their length and timing to block shots from behind, knowing it has almost the same effect a a thunderous dunk

Rozier blew the passes on those two alley pops in a row, and I wasn't even surprised. He's struggled with them before.  Smart and Isaiah have them down pat, though
I'm bitter.

rozier seems to be forcing some penetrations on offence, playing a bit out of control
-i'm not criticizing "just reporting unpleasant circumstances"

I thought one of those should have been made and was the receiver of the pass.  Brown bobbled it in the air.   The other one was a bad pass.    But its takes two people to complete a pass, the passer and the catcher/receiver.

You might be right but I need to see the video again. Without the video and by memory I thought both were too high, I know JB can take off but I don't think he goes all that high and Roze misjudged it both times. It wasn't only that he missed the height I thought he was late on the delivery, tried to suck the defender too long.
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

  • Yup
Those two misses started a huge momentum swing, right when the Celts could have buried the Pacerz for good.  They ended up having to fight them off one last time (which to the Celtics credit they did a nice job of doing - thanks again IT).
Yup

Heck, you gotta love that they went for it... I'm sure it will happen down the line.

How about making the safe pass instead of going for the Sportscenter highlight?

tp-rookie lessons  but back to back-ouch
rollie massimino would heve benched us for errors of ego-but this is pro ball and entertainment
if your going to show off better make the shot or play-we would be picking splinters
as i was saying that was theater and we were trying to close out on a opponents home court
those were plays that lose games-there are fun drills for 3 on 2 and 2-1-that brown and rozier  should work on-
