It is. These flagrant calls are so arbitrary and out of control anymore that you never know what's going to call. GUARANTEED that if there was no blood that wouldn't have been a flagrant 2.

That shouldn't be a freaking flagrant to begin with. The NBA is so soft anymore and they obviously have no clue what "incidental contact" is.
