According to Bucher, NBA execs are already gushing over the upcoming draft class. One of exec even feels it could rival the 2003 Draft class, with the potential to have as many as 5 franchise players.

Where will the Nets land? Will the Brooklyn pick be in the Lottery? And who should the Celtics be targeting?

The Nets will finish with the worst record and the Celtics will end up with the 4th pick.

The draft class a year or two down the road is pretty much always the most talented draft class ever according to people whose livelihood is premised on people being interested in draft analysis, isn't it?
You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.

I don't believe so. No one is going to listen to this guy 2-3 years from now or ask for his opinion if he's completely wrong.

No.  I watch a ton of College ball.  The prospects in this draft are far and away head and shoulders above the players in last year's draft.  I think there's as many as 13 players I would draft over Jaylen Brown.

You didn't hear talk like that last year or the year before.  Even in the Wiggins/Parker draft most of the talk this time of year was on those two without much mention of anyone else (Embiid didn't really start gaining traction to after the new year).  There hasn't been a draft considered this good both in top end talent and overall depth in a very long time.  Now that doesn't mean those guys are right and this draft will end up that way.

I mean look at 2009.  That was basically thought of as the Blake Griffin draft and guys like Harden, Curry, and DeRozan were after thoughts.  Teague and Holiday have also made the all star game, and then you have plenty of strong starter types in Lawson, Henderson, Jennings, Rubio, Collison, Evans.
2025 Historical Draft - Cleveland Cavaliers - 1st pick

Starters - Luka, JB, Lebron, Wemby, Shaq
Rotation - D. Daniels, Mitchell, G. Wallace, Melo, Noah
Deep Bench - Korver, Turner

This draft has been more hyped than any since 2014, which was the most hyped that I can remember since 2007.

I'm calling your bluff. Name me 13 players better than Jaylen Brown.

 I'll start the list.

 Harry Giles if Healthy.
 Lonzo Ball
 Fultz
 Dennis Smith JR.
 Jason Tatum

That's all for definitely right now.

At this moment, I could potentially see taking any of the top 16 in the draft express mock before Brown except Ntilikina and Bolden who I need to see more of to judge.

If Ric Bucher says so it must be so.

I really think more than likely there are 3 or so prime pgs and a few other guys. Of which I have no idea who the celtics are going to take right now.
