To an extent, yes, but I believe both are best as centers.

Al is obviously best as a C, which isn't surprising given that he's been a C all his career in the NBA. However, I think a Horford/Cousins would work out.

They would both spread the floor and both can post. Cousins can really board and Horford is a great defender. They would be nice together.
