These are the career stats for Crowder and Ilyasova.  I'll let you figure out which one is which

10.7 p, 6.0 r, 1.1 a, 0.7 s, 0.4 b, 1.0 t, 24.2 m on 47.6 2PT, 37.1 3PT, 77.1 FT
7.0 p, 3.4 r, 1.3 a, 1.0 s, 0.3 b, 0.7 t, 21.3 m on 51.4 2PT, 32.8 3PT, 77.7 FT
do you think crowder and illyasova are on the same tier right now?

Because i don't

I think crowder is a much better all around player

Do you think trolling is something that goes on in way too many threads as well?

I personally do.

If you're upset about it, this isn't the thread to be bringing it up in.  We have a whole forum for that type of stuff.

Certainly not upset. I just think its funny that he jumps on various threads, derailing them with silly anti-Celtics comments, and yet you are concerned with other people calling him on it.

Enough derailing on my part.

I think Saric is a good young player who, like a lot of young players, will have growing pains.
The only real mistake is the one from which we learn nothing.

Why does a thread about any young player on another team always turn into a thread on Smart or Brown?  It's so annoying.

Your answer: LB.

He is desperate to get attention from other guys on a sports blog. He knows what buttons to push, and he continues to push the same buttons. Original? No. Annoying? Yes. Funny? Definitely to him, and maybe yes to others.
get real.  There's a reason why a known troll and philly obsessive started another one of his Philly threads focused on criticizing the 2nd best rookie in the league so far... as opposed to starting a thread about someone like bender or hield.  My response to this nonsense thread is entirely appropriate.  He's lashing out because Jaylen's last 5 games have him on edge.

I agree with LB that this thread was probably started with grinding LB's gears in mind.
Thank you clay, I don't know if any of you guys out there have ever been trolled, but I can tell you from experience having been trolled for the past two years it's not at all pleasant. It's not fun being baited constantly.  I hope nobody has to ever has to go through that.

Anyways, Dario is fine.  His per-36 is better than Marcus smart. Perhaps we should have drafted him in 2014.

I think it's Spock's father's name.

I am seeing the same thing. It basically the same person spewing hot garbage on the local team's players while inserting a caveat to purport that he is still a fan of the Celtics. Say anything bad about another team's young player and that person is sure to thn tear down a young Celtics player. Its making me not want to come to this site as much anymore.

I really don't think you could find anyone out of outside of Illysova family that thinks Illysova is as good a basketball player as Crowder right now. The statistical comparison is particularly misleading because it is just pulling in data from Crowder's rookie and second year when he barely played. Meanwhile, Illyasova numbers are declined from what they were for a 3 year period with the Bucks a few years back.

Don't call him out though, it might hurt someone's feelings and derail an already derailed thread. Let's protect that person at all costs.

The wussification of a blog, in front of your eyes.

Nobody respects the Celtics more than the protected one.
