I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

i dont usually **** about the refs, but they are bad tonight. [dang].
i don't usually complain about the refs and I'm certainly not going to start tonight.  I love tommy but you gotta take what he says with a grain of salt when it comes to refs. We didn't lose this one because of refs. Spurs outplayed us.

Spurs did play well but I have to disagree with you. I think they would have won if the officiating was fair. I mean this group should be suspended IMO that's how bad it was.

Celts have ****ty offense don't know what is up with Danny never addressing shooting. We are terrible on that end every year.

We actually have an offense that is well above average this year
I'm bitter.

Too small or too soft, Brad has to choose down the stretch of each game.

The Spurs played great because they were able to play their game, the refs didn't let us play ours
I'm bitter.

21-12 on fouls. Such horsecrap. There should be more ways for teams to hold refs accountable for games like this. Such BS.

25-9 FT disparity. This isn't something people are imagining.

What a shame.

Danny has do something about the big men on this team. We can't pair Horford with Zeller or Amir...
Jack of all trades, master of none.

i have no problem with the officiating. It goes both ways. Nobody ever whines about the bad calls that lead to wins.

Spurs are one of the only real contenders in this league.  We gave them a nice challenge.  No biggie.

Too small or too soft, Brad has choose down the stretch of each game.

That's about the extent of it. We simply cannot continue to play this small. It's ridiculous. We get killed on freaking boards or mismatches constantly because we're forced to play this small due to our other guys sucking.

I hope Brad goes straight savage in the post game presser today and rips these rookie refs a new one today. Also would be nice for pop to acknowledge the referee bias tonight, in somewhat of a pop fashion.

Can't blame the refs.  This team as currently constructed can't compete for a title.  The Spurs can.

The problem is there's nothing the league can or will do about it, and neither can individual teams.  Thus horrible officiating is only going to continue.

As bad as the refs were, the C's need to do better.  Like grab key rebounds for example.

we shouldn't have fouled them so much, then.  It happens. When a team is superior to you offensively, fouling them is sometimes your only option.  On the flip side, if you settle for jumpers and don't mix it up much inside, you aren't getting to the line.
