Okafor I wouldn't give up either Nets pick or our own '18.

He's a talented offensive player, but he's not what we need. Wouldn't give up a very big asset like that pick for him.

The Sixers blog is full of a bunch of Noel fans who think getting rid of Okafor will allow them to keep Noel.  With how Noel handled the situation and the cost it would take to keep him, I think that is very unlikely.  Now if they continue to win 80% of their games with Noel and Embiid playing together that might change.   

Calling Okafor a bust after 1.5 season is just as silly as some of the things LB says.  Okafor is an offensively talented big man with significant flaws but there is no reason he can't improve his game assuming he puts in the effort instead of mope or complain about it.

My theory is Zeller/Clippers Pick/2nd rounder for Okafor/salary filler by this weekend.
Maybe it's why Zeller has been listed as sick---even though it's been over a week--and he's been on the bench in street clothes---both teams are waiting til the 14th---when Zeller can be dealt...Okafor hasn't played either.

It's a bit more than 76ers fans that want to keep Noel. He is extremely painful to watch on defense. He is a black hole on offense. I'll give you 10 tommy points if he ever averages more than what he averaged as a rookie.

This is not even close. Absolutely not. You are looking at trading potentially the number 1 pick in a STACKED draft class, for the 3rd pick from 2 years ago who has been putting up decent offensive numbers on a terrible team. He plays with no effort on D, and he has been sitting on the bench behind better players. I would offer the same package potentially with the Memphis 1st. Philly has no leverage here, they bought all the big boys they could get, and now they are paying the price. They have been shopping both Noel and Okafor for a while. I'm sure Philly is asking for a kings ransom, which they are not going to get.
