you young guys never got to see cowens play as a short center-diving head first into stands or shallow diving for loose balls or defending kareem
one of the fiercest competitors i have ever seen at center-cowens would appreciate marcus like some of us fans do-
 i still remember that diving play cowens made that has been immortalized  as one of THE PLAYS of that celtics era
last night that marcus play was one of those DID YOU SEE THAT plays

Seems that Marcus has turned the corner this year.  His FG% is up, he is driving to the basket more, and of course he is still doing all those little things that impact the game, like last night.
