I'm seeing blame starting to go around with particular players and even the coaching staff and deservingly so, everyone needs to be held accountable.

but there is a problem that I have a tough time believing can get corrected with the current roster(maybe but I doubt it).

It's been present at least the last few seasons and even more prevalent this season, because opposing teams certainly see the problem and they are feasting on it.

So let's all watch and see the actual problem.

Real problem? You mean Trump?

But seriously, the interior D/rebounding
I trust Danny Ainge

serious problem for sure but the real problem is on the offensive end.

I know everyone has mixed feelings on Doc Rivers(myself included) but he was right about a lot of things. esp. about defending teams after they've gotten a rebound vs defending a team inbounding the ball and what a difference it is.

the problem is on the offensive end.

Through 10 games, the C's are the 10th best offensive team in the league and the 23rd best defensive team in the league. The offense needs some works but that has not been the problem so far this season. The problem has been a defense that hasn't been able to stop anybody. They're also 28th in Defensive Rebounding % which means teams are scoring too much per possession and getting extra possessions on top of that.

Can't win that way.

"Problem" is overstated, because I don't actually think this team has had a "problem" beyond lacking a superstar and dealing with some key injuries.   But the key issue last night beyond just being completely out of our league playing against the Warriors, is that our lineup is microscopic in size.  You got 5'9 Ant Man at PG.  You got 6'2 Bradley at SG.  You got 6'4 French Fries at SF.  6'9 Amir Johnson playing Center... slightly offset by 7 foot Klynyk playing PF, but Klynyk has T-Rex arms.  He has a wingspan of 6'9.   That's a really really small lineup.  In fact, that PG/SG/SF lineup might be the smallest in history... or at least since the 1950s.  Can you think of a single modern basketball team that started a 5'9, 6'2 and 6'4 player together?  I certainly can't.  Less of a problem once Amir and Jae come back.

yeah being small is a huge problem. but we've played small in the past and been successful and while I personally have addressed my displeasure with our lack of height this problem i'm talking about is at least something we could correct... in theory.

Far as the Trump comment, this is a Celtics Board, let's leave everyone's politics at home..

right, talent is certainly part of the issue. but you've gone on record as having been mad that Danny didnt get Blake, Aldridge, Durant, Howard, and others. so, not sure if i can take your word seriously on here.
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

again, this problem is correctible(in theory) with the current roster.

and really it's not that hard to spot if you're actually watching the games. watching the way teams defend us.

You still haven't told us what the problem is and how to correct it.  The suspense is killing me.
DKC Seventy-Sixers:

PG: G. Hill/D. Schroder
SG: C. Lee/B. Hield/T. Luwawu
SF:  Giannis/J. Lamb/M. Kuzminskas
PF:  E. Ilyasova/J. Jerebko/R. Christmas
C:    N. Vucevic/K. Olynyk/E. Davis/C. Jefferson

lol, watch the game tonight(if you can). i'd say in at least 6-8 of the 12 games we've played this yr. it's been there. Golden State really keyed on it.

also, I don't want to just say it because people need to see it for themselves. hopefully Detroit accommodates and have done their homework.

and No i'm not exactly hoping for a loss but if it corrects the problem faster then sure i'll sacrifice a game.
