Amir is still on vacation.  If he can provide us some  veteran leadership and toughness that's all we really expect from him right?  I still think as he gets his legs under him he'll be fine.  He's older and sometimes it takes a bit to get those legs going.  I dont want him playing 30 minutes a night or even every night.  I think KO and Horford should be our 2 top big guys but Amir can still do some things.

If he provides toughness and leadership this season will be a success for him.  I dont care what these guys get  paid either.  It all fits under the cap and as far as ou salary structure.  It doesn't matter who's getting paid what.

I'm still dealing with stuff i used to read where people would be harsher on certain players because of what they are being paid. That's their business and really used to scew peoples views of what we really want from guys.  Its the salary structuer of the nba. Amir is a veteran and has earned that right to be paid on that scale and he fits within our team structure.

I don't care if he scores another point for the season. If he could just focus all his efforts into rebounding, that may help too.

Despite the box score win yesterday, saw too many rebounds slip away again on defense. Crowd was booing, I would have.
The Nets will finish with the worst record and the Celtics will end up with the 4th pick.
