NFL players won't appeal $1 billion concussion settlement to Supreme Court

I'm sure the NBA owners have made sure their medical staffs are acutely aware of this settlement. If there is going to be an error in judgement it's going to be in the side of caution.

Facts About Concussion and Brain Injury

"Some symptoms can last for days, weeks, or longer."

Not going to make a big deal out of this issue. Amir is not a slacker. Could also be having problems with his feet that the team isn't letting on about.

Yeah, I've been skeptical of health related things with the Celtics since KG's injury in 2009. I'm not sure if it's the medical staff, the way the front office deals with info coming from the medical staff, or some kind of confluence of things. Basically the same staff has been in place for years, right? Is that typical of nba teams? Maybe the "body of work" just comes from years of examples to pull from. I'm not sure. But I'm skeptical.

this goes back to KG in 2009 when he has bone spurs in his knees, I believed the medical staff rushed him back too early, and since then I have been skeptical of our medical staff

I didn't realise this forum had so many medical practitioners and professionals in one place. That's great news to hear for when I have questions in the future regarding my health.
