 I finally hit my breaking point when Jared Weiss on the homepage said "Brad Stevens Bae Jae Crowder"

 Where did this all come from. Please do tell. Tp's for an answer to this mystery.

My wife is into his dreads.

I also think he's a lot better looking while you're just watching the game and not seeing his face up close. Not that's he's a bad looking guy but his features are helped by being a little bit farther away.

Bae is a term of endearment and/or affection.  Since his first name is Jae, Bae works as a nickname for people who are really big fans of his.

Its how jargon and words have differed between age gaps in our generation. For instance, we use words like its lit! What up fam!

I have no idea how it came about, but it is a term of endearment that just so happens to rhyme with "Jae."
