Zeller has no hands. Olynyk stretches the floor, and can hold his own in the post on defense. I'm dying to have him back already.

That's funny. I'm dying to get rid of him. I'm def biased, but I don't think he's a top 7 player on this team.

And yes, Zeller should be playing 2-3 minutes a night, at the most.

Right now the Celtics are losing by 8 pts with 30 sec left. I'm wondering how this game would look with Al Horford instead of Zeller.
The only real mistake is the one from which we learn nothing.

Game would look much different with Horford, Crowder, and Olynyk instead of Zeller and Green

  • Sometimes there's no sane reason for optimism
KO is so much better than people give him credit for. He has an eerily high +/-, which I realize is not the be all, end all, but he's been consistent over the last couple of years. He may not have amazing foot speed, but he is very adept in knowing where to be in the defensive rotations and we all know his unique playmaking and shooting ability from the center position.

His rebound numbers aren't off the charts, but he seems to know how to box out quite well allowing guards (like Turner) to snatch up those boards.

I am really looking forwarding to have KO back...and I think Brad is, too.

I expect KO to get off to a slow start when he comes back.  Hasn't played at NBA pace for a very long time now and every time he's come back from injury in the past he's looked terrible for the first few games.

I'm not sure he'll "bring the win streaks" but he's a definitive upgrade over Zeller.  Lacks toughness and an interior presence just like Zeller, but is better at most other aspects of the game.  If he can hit ~40% from 3-point territory like last year, he'll be huge for us.

I think you are wrong about KO. He's a very good role player and may look good alongside Horford. His stat line may not jump out at you, but his metrics are pretty good.

Zeller was 5 for 8 from the floor, 10 rebounds, 6 assists, and 2 blocks...I'll take that anytime...Had one bad turnover under the basket...I hope his playing time goes up even more...You can have Olynyk...

Zeller can put up numbers and still end up net negative. The lack of effort he shows on defense and on the boards is hilarious. He is just plain lazy.

Yeah, I think we all need to cool the jets on KO when he comes back.  Difficult injury to recover fully from when you are a shooter.  Probably takes him til feb/march to get back to normal.

Nice! Kelly really does help us a ton. I was definitely underestimating him prior to these past few games. Glad to see I was wrong.
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about
