Okay fine maybe not Ibaka in particular.. but basically another big who can rebound and score. Horford alone doesn't cut it.

Also Ibaka *might* be had for less than the max.. if he does leave Orlando..

Horford isn't even playing in this game so I think you can relax on that front.  Not that I wouldn't love Cousins too but you're talking like Horford is playing now.
