He's not one of the options, but I'd say Brown. JUST so much potential at such a young age

Yeah, sorry, I've added him, he definitely belongs in that list. I've left out Horford, but if anyone will be hurting the most about losing Big Al, let me know.

For Me ...Smart and Brown

Because I still think DA ....will try try and bring Boogie here,  a talent simular to KG ,  someone who should be racking up rings instead of spinning wheels on a nothing team.

Cousins needs to have Smart as his guard.

It depends on the trade.

Plus, I'd miss them all for different reasons. I'd miss Smart for his intensity. I'd miss Bradley for his professionalism. I'd miss Brown because I want to see what he could become in the right environment.

It's nice to see JB get some love after the reaction on draft night. Remember my sig - I put it up on draft night and haven't changed it yet!
Jaylen Brown will be an All Star in the next 5 years.

Not sure why so many votes for Brown after 3 games.

For me it's easy: Crowder

IMO he is the heart of that team, at least defensively, sort of like KG was in the Big Three era. Sure IT, Hortford, and Brown will fill up the stat sheets or highlight reels but like KG he is the backbone to what this team really is: hard nosed defense that never gives up and always give it everything.

Doesn't hurt that he also makes peanuts in this new salary structure for the next four years. He will probably be the best NBA contract in history by 2018/2019.
The Nets will finish with the worst record and the Celtics will end up with the 4th pick.

I'm surprised there aren't more votes for Crowder either . . . but I'm still in the JB camp.
I think people are seeing the potential in him.  He's got the look of a winner too, the eye of the tiger!

JC has great intensity which shows in defense and boards, an asset
To any team, but he's a system guy on offense.  Basic 3-and-D player, just a good one who is just learning to drive close-outs. His ceiling is role player.

Like him a lot, but what is, is.

Smart.  I think it's more likely that Smart goes before Brown.  Can you even include Brown in a trade for Blake Griffin, e.g.?  It looks to me like Brown is going to be a Blake caliber player and we have him cost-controlled for 4 years.  I wouldn't do it.

AB and Jae are backbone players for Celtics no doubt ....but

From reading other blogs on trades , who they want back in a trade ....it's always

Smart and now Brown too.

My guess and preference I guess is for Smsrt to be the trade bait but he needs to show the 3% this year first to establish top value. This only because we have IT and AB on value deals, and we might have a window with Horford to consider.

And I really want to keep Brown!

Isaiah is the heart and soul of the Celts.  It would be disappointing to see him go.

It would be sad to see Bradley or Crowder get traded as well, though I think I would rationalize it easily enough. Those guys are good players, but an upgrade on the wing makes the most sense to get the Celts to the next level.

More and more I think Bradley would be tough to upgrade.  How many better 2-way shooting guards are there in the league?  A handful, maybe?
