I've paid for League Pass since it began...only NOW are these games Blacked out...
AT&T Bought out Directv last year---Typical of Big Companies buying smaller companies...it NEVER gets better---always worse.

They force us to watch BOOTLEG broadcasts online...after we have paid $200 for League Pass....seriously---What the EFF-?

Same with Verizon FIOS. They're not airing any preseason games on tv this year, so I think it's NBALP not necessarily DirectTV. Hell, I don't think that NBALP is even airing half of the preseason games at all, even on broadband. It's BS.

Garbage.  The product this year is garbage.  The new interface is terrible.  The blackouts make no sense.

It says that games are blacked out if they are "live, nationally televised".  Well, the Celtics game isn't nationally televised.  I can't even get CSNNE.  Yet this game and all but one other are blacked out.  The mobile app conveniently suggests that I "BUY" League Pass even though I already have.  The UI gives me a giant WATCH button for games that aren't available.  The web interface doesn't clearly indicate which games I'm entitled to.  GARBAGE.

Yeah I'm p---ed too. Used to be able to catch preseason games for free. Now you can't watch even if you pay.  Bogus.

I'm in the exact same boat. Called DirecTV about League pass and was told that it would not be available until the week before the regular season. CSNNE is available as part of the sports pack so I signed up for that, but they black out the games on that channel too. I called back and got a refund. What's the point in offering CSNNE if they don't show any actual games? All the broadcasting is talk shows.

Comcast/Xfinity will not even let us purchase NBA league pass until the 26th apparently.  ridiculous.

I'm now trying to get ahold of my cousin in Lynn, MA so he can give me his Comcast username and password because I think I might be able to stream the games on CSNNE.com if I have the Comcast info of a local.  Unfortunately the kid isn't answering so I suspect he's in jail.

League Pass somehow gets worse every year while everything else in the world improves.  There really should be a boycott.  Every game in HD regardless of provider and a major web overhaul for starters.  There is no reason for this, it's terrible quality.

I tried to watch League Pass on my pc Tuesday and saw its not available until next Thursday.  They told me they didn't know why.  I sent an email and still have no reply.  I don't think it was blacked out.  I just think they decided not to show it.  There's a schedule on the website.

Yeah, CSNNE doesn't seem to care that your current connection isn't through them, just that you have an account with them somewhere (I've run into this problem with other streams/apps). My  husband's dad lives in Maine and he already pays his bills so I can at least watch games online or on my phone.

I have had NBALP in years past, though, and it does seem to be easier. Guess I have a decision to make this year.

My dad watches league pass games via Comcast/Xfinity, but honestly it kind of sucks.  They usually don't have HD broadcasts of every game.   Whereas, if you pull it up online via broadband, they have high quality streams of every game.

I have a Roku.  I highly recommend it for streaming content (Netflix, HBO Go, Amazon Prime Video, Showtime Anytime, etc)...   The NBA League Pass app for that works really well for me.  I'm able to watch all the games in HD... and I'm actually able to start the games late and fast forward through commercials.

Unfortunately, gotta wait until later this month to buy league pass via comcast.  A buddy of mine from the Boston area hooked me up with his Comcast info so I could stream the preseason game tonight via CSNNE.   I was able to use the same login credentials to stream the game on my Roku via the NBC Sports app.  Was working flawlessly, but it only allowed me to watch the game live (couldn't pause, rewind or fast-forward).
