In the highlights against Houston, yabu had some really nice explosive moves..

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Yao is also owner of the Sharks, he can probably teach him a post move or two. Just learn one or two move is good enough moving forward! He has a strong lower body which will help! and 6% body fat is amazing considering his frame. Hope he gets to see him in Celtics green next year or in 2 years...

I really did not have doubts on the explosion, he can jump, people need to understand that like prime-Paul Pierce some guys just have deceptive athleticism. He's got some moves too, most of his points came off Iso's and low post moves.

yabusele had no formal weight training
the celtics are co ordinating with his program
yabusele will gain strength in muscle groups he never thought about-
there is a huge difference between bulk and strength, the lessons learned here will carry over for the rest of his career
an agile, stronger ,lighter more explosive yabusele  should be the goal
