I'm not sure if Randle is really going to be an effective player in the NBA. He could be a potential 20/10 guy but the better question is if the numbers he puts up helps his team or if they are just empty stats. I fear he could be in the David Lee/Carlos Boozer type aka guys who could fill up the box score but could never help their team win.

He could be a Zach Randolph type but Randolph's numbers weren't put to good use until he found the right team, which was his 11th year in the league.

That's a pretty good starting lineup, except for Randle. Oh wait.

If randle were picked by ainge, you'd hear coach bo say his arms are too short. Or that he's undersized. Or that he plays zero defense

Which is true

But since we didn't pick him, he'd be a savior.  The "dream", even

so true -- TP

I'd rather have Randle than Smart, and that was my position before the draft.  I just think Randle has more upside.  Remember he only played 1 year after getting injured in his first game as a rookie.  Of course with Sullinger and Olynyk already on the team at the time taking Randle made a lot less sense than if that decision was today.  Vonleh was the other guy I liked, but I'd rather have Smart than him (at least to this point, Smart looks like the better player).
2025 Historical Draft - Cleveland Cavaliers - 1st pick

Starters - Luka, JB, Lebron, Wemby, Shaq
Rotation - D. Daniels, Mitchell, G. Wallace, Melo, Noah
Deep Bench - Korver, Turner

I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about
