C: Demarcus Cousins
PF: Kelly Olynyk
SF: Omri Casspi
SG: Andrew Wiggins
PG: Kris Dunn

Thoughts?

I really like the shooting from the forward spots, definitely helps open up the paint for Boogie and driving lanes for Wiggins. Would like to see you add a little more defense upfront in the upcoming rounds.

Reggie Jackson
CJ McCollum
Rondae Hollis-Jefferson
Blake Griffin
Gorgui Dieng------Joel Embiid

Thoughts so far?

I like this team. Reggie and CJ will be great running the pick and roll with Blake, and RHJ adds some needed wing defense. I'd ideally add another 3 and D guy or a stretch 4 in order to play Blake at 5 when you go small.

I’m just now catching up with Round 6, still wanted to co-sign the best picks of the round.

Pick 6.29 the Atlanta Hawks select Tyson Chandler

#1 Why weren’t guys running up the walls on this one? Maybe Tyson Chandler can’t give you 35 minutes a night anymore, but he’s a starting caliber center, former NBA champion, former DPOY, who can give you a double-double in 26 minutes per (from Feburary through the end of the season, he put up 9.5 PTS and 9.3 REB while shooting 67.5% from the floor - 89.8% ON ALLEY-OOPS). Who else is grabbing 20 rebounds in one night? Drummond? DeAndre? Hassan?

The Utah Jazz is happy to select Shaun Livingston for the 6.12th pick.

Need a solid backup with Derrick Rose on the team, and there's nothing more solid than S.Dot.

#2 I’m as happy with Yoki’s Livingston pick as I am down on his Derrick Rose pick. In fact, Shaun could teach Derrick a thing or two, as a franchise talent forced to remake his game following a series of career threatening injuries. One of four guys I was looking at with 5.29.

Houston takes Gary Harris at 6.4.

#3 And this was the third. I took Crabbe because he can credibly give me some minutes at the 3 and he edges out Harris as a shooter, but Gary has the higher ceiling (His eFG% leapt from 35.3% to 53.8% last year!) and is already among the league’s best striping ball handlers on the perimeter.  I was so disappointed when Ainge passed on him for James Young.

With the 16th pick in the 6th round the Dallas Mavericks select Josh Richardson

Honorable mention. I wasn’t looking at him in Round 6 but I’m high on this rook.

My worst picks?

The Toronto Raptors select Jaylen Brown with 6.9

I hope to be wrong, but I fully expect Jaylen to bust. Poor shooting, poor decision making, elite athleticism but not elite size. Worst of all, just not that fun to watch last year. What’s his absolute ceiling, short Corey Maggette?

Miami/KG Living Legend sent me a list... at 6.18 he takes Jerami Grant

I love his aggression and he comes from great stock, but it’s hard to envision Grant as more than defensive specialist /9th man on a competitive team.

Worst post of the 6th round:

f

If Who is our most astute commentator, MK has been our most entertaining. He’s just not in game shape. Sad.

Oog Ogg.

Fixed.

Hey, Gainesville is running the least controversial CB Draft I’ve ever been a part of and still posting gems on the fly. Appreciate it while it happens you heathens.

I hate this team because you picked The Chief. He was supposed to be a Jazz.

Corey Maggette had career averages of 16 points, 5 rebounds and 2 assists per game and shot 32% from three. His best years he was a 22 and 6 guy. He was also a knucklehead. Jaylen Brown has an incredible work ethic and mentality and I would be estatic if he produces like Corey Maggette.

Brown is also 1-2 inches bigger than Maggette so I don't see the ceiling comparison.

Thanks, Bulls are looking pretty strong as well. Definitely looking at a potential playoff battle at some point. I just hope you guys blow a 3-1 lead and Durant hops to Orlando  ;D

Start Jerebko (or bring in another wing to push Barnes down to PF) and I like it quite a bit.

Coach: Steve Clifford

C- Andrew Bogut
F- Al Horford
F- Chandler Parsons
G- JR Smith
G- Mike Conley Jr

Bench: PJ Tucker, Tyler Johnson

I dunno, I really like this team.

Just missing a good combo forward so you can get Horford some more time at the 5 (not hard since Bogut is such a short minute guy nowadays).

How about now?

Yeah, I like Tucker's physical toughness with this group. Nice guy to pit against the power 3s/quick 4s that are too much for Parsons.
