With 13.29, the Toronto Raptors select Kay Felder.

Led Division I with 9.3 assists to go along with 24.4 points (fourth in the nation) per game last year. Absolute spark plug coming off the bench. I think this kid is going to stick in the league.

I looked hard at making Felder my team's rookie. Fun kid to watch.

At least this breaks the Bucks' streak of draft picks without NBA contracts: Lance Stephenson (TBD), Shane Larkin (Baskonia), JaVale McGee (Warriors camp invite).

I was under the impression we only needed to have a minimum of 12 players.  Not sure if there is a max (guessing 14 or 15).

Honestly, I stopped caring after my 11th player drafted.  The talent pool is dry, nobody drafted at this point matters much in the grand scheme of things.  I've just been drafting binkies for fun.

Then again, I was never even trying to "win".  I'll put up a presser, but don't plan on spending any real time debating much.  I guess if someone was taking it more seriously, they might be paying attention to your 13th or 14th player.

The real life NBA roster minimum is 13 players so that's what you need to have to field a team — but you can have up to 15 (just like the NBA).

Folks may punt their 14th rounder if they want.

Free Agency will start after the conclusion of the 14th round, as Wiggle described: First-come, first serve adding of one player a day (Fri, Sat, Sun). If you drop someone there's no waivers so he could be added by another team right away.

Press conferences will start on Monday. I'll send out a more definitive schedule today via PM but I'm thinking:

Monday - Southwest & Southeast
Tuesday - Northwest & Central
Wednesday - Pacific & Atlantic

Thurs & Fri - Voting for playoffs

Week of Aug. 22 -- Playoff matchups
